ICASSP Patrons
Become an ICASSP Patron and maximize the exposure of your company to those in attendance at ICASSP.
There are five different patron levels - Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Siver and Bronze.
The benefits provided for each level of patronage are as follows:
Diamond (Exclusive) - $30,000
The "Diamond Booth" - A double booth facing the Exhibit Hall entrance and Coffee Break Area.
Five (5) conference delegate registrations inclusive of welcome reception
Four (4) exhibitor registrations inclusive of welcome reception
One (1) flyer or promotional item (provided by the patron) in attendee’s registration package
Full page recognition in conference program
The patron may provide a freestanding banner which will be positioned in the registration area
for the duration of the Conference (maximum size 6ft high x 3ft wide)
Patron may provide lanyards with company logo to be used for conference delegate name badges (Estimated 2500)
Recognition at the conference and on the conference website with a linked patron name and company logo.
Recognition on the ICASSP 2018 smart phone app.
Platinum - $20,000
One (1) preferred booth space in the Exhibit Hall
Three (3) conference delegate registrations inclusive of welcome reception
Two (2) exhibitor registrations inclusive of welcome reception
One (1) flyer or promotional item (provided by the patron) in attendee’s registration package
Full page recognition in conference program

Gold - $15,000
One (1) preferred booth space in the exhibit hall

Two (2) exhibitor registrations inclusive of welcome reception
One (1) flyer or promotional item (provided by the patron) in attendee’s registration package.
Recognition at the conference and on the conference website with a linked patron name and company logo.
Recognition on the ICASSP 2018 smart phone app.
Silver - $10,000
One (1) preferred booth space in the exhibit hall
One (1) conference delegate registration inclusive of welcome reception
Two (2) exhibitor registrations inclusive of welcome reception
Recognition at the conference and on the conference website with a linked patron name and company logo.

Bronze - $5,000
One (1) preferred booth space in the exhibit hall and two (2) exhibitor registrations inclusive of welcome reception
or one (1) conference delegate registration plus two (2) exhibitor registrations inclusive of welcome reception
Recognition at the conference and on the conference website with a linked patron name and company logo.
Sponsorship Opportunities
In addition to the what is provided with the various patron levels, there are many other ways to become a part of ICASSP and showcase your company or become engaged with students. Many of the opportunities below are available to anyone, and do not require being a patron or an exhibitor.
Conference Smartphone App - $10,000
Company logo to be displayed when the application loads.
Company logo to be featured on all smartphone application promotional materials.
Opportunity to provide multimedia video to be viewed on the smartphone application.
Networking Lounge - $10,000
A dedicated space within the exhibition area, with a lounge and coffee table.
Corporate literature may be displayed in the delegate lounge (the patron to supply).
May provide a freestanding banner in the delegate lounge (maximum size 6ft high x 3ft wide).
Recognition at the conference and conference website with linked patron name and logo.
Phone and Electronic Device Recharging Station in lounge area.
Delegate Bags - $8,000
Sponsor may put a logo on the delegate bag alongside the ICASSP 2018 logo.
Recognition at the conference and conference website with linked patron name and logo.
Conference Workshops - $8,000
Host may present a workshop at ICASSP 2018 (topics and registration method must be approved
by the Organizing Committee.
Welcome Reception (Monday, April 23, 2018) - $5,000
Recognition at the conference and conference website with linked patron name and logo.
May provide a freestanding banner at the reception entrance (maximum size 6ft high x 3ft wide).
Small signs on the tables at the welcome reception featuring the linked patron name and logo.
Conference Coffee Breaks - $5,000
Recognition on the website, featuring linked patron name and company logo, and the supported break. The coffee breaks will be in the morning and afternoons of Tuesday, April 24 through Thursday, April 26 and the morning of Friday, April 27.
Best Student Paper Contest Award - $2,500 per student award.
ICASSP 2018 welcomes patrons for the Best Student Paper competition and allows the sponsor to
Name the award.
Be verbally recognized by the speaker at the announcement of the award.
Be recognized at the conference and conference website with linked patron name and logo.
Delegate Bag Insert - $1,000 (only available to Patrons or Exhibitors)
Patron may provide one (1) promotional item to be inserted into each conference delegate bag.
Student Career Luncheon Patron - $800
Access to Student CVs and permission to email students after the conference.
Distribution of job openings prior to the luncheon.
Recognition on student career web page.
Exclusive table and three reps can enjoy lunch for free.
Brief speaking slot at the luncheon.
Student Career Luncheon Attendee - $100
If a company does not sponsor the luncheon, the admission fee will be $100 per person (max 3) and
will be able to:
Access to Student CVs.
Distribution of job openings prior to the luncheon.
